On Saturday 9th May 1987 I was keeping observation on premises
at 12 Strickland Court a first floor flat in Fenwick Road SE15.
At 3.45pm I saw a man I now know to be Panos Koupparis came
out of these premises and up to the stairwell. On reaching
Fenwick Road he got into the driving seat of a Red Morris
KMX 463P and drive off turning right into East Dulwich Road and
out of view.

[Undisclosed material]

On Thursday 14th May 1987 at 10.29am I saw Panos Koupparis
in the passenger seat of a blue Mercedes motor car vehicle
NLW 160V. The vehicle turned left out of Fenwick Road SE15
into East Dulwich Road and then left into Peckham Rise. I
followed the vehicle through South London over Vauxhall Bridge.
The vehicle stopped in Wilton Road, SW1 outside Victoria Station.
I then saw Koupparis enter Victoria Station via the side

entrance. The driver a man I now know to be Peter O'Neill stayed in the vehicle. I then went to Park Street W1 arriving at 11.15am where I left the vehicle and stayed on foot in the Park Street area. At 11.30am I saw the Mercedes motor vehicle come out of Upper Brook Street and stopped outside 93 Park Street the Cypriot Embassy. Koupparis left the vehicle and entered the Embassy. [Undisclosed material] At 11.40am I saw Koupparis come out of the premises and start back in the direction of the Mercedes. D.S. Ayres and D.C. Madden approached Koupparis and myself and D.S. Knox went to the driver's door of the Mercedes and D.S. Knox informed Mr. O'Neill who we were and took possession of the car keys. Koupparis was taken away from the scene by Police vehicle in company with D.C. Madden. Signed Ian Martin DC SO013 Signature Witnessed by [empty field]
