the best of my knowledge and belief and I make it knowing that, if it 
is tendered in evidence, I shall be liable to prosecution if I have 
wilfully stated in it anything which I know to be false or do not 
believe to be true.

On Monday 11th May 1987 I was on duty engaged on an observation
on premises at 12 Strickland Court Fenwick Road SE15. The
observation commenced at 6.30am.

At 12.55pm a man I now know to be Panos Koupparis came out of
the premises. He was wearing a grey suit and black trilby hat.
I saw Koupparis walk along East Dulwich Road and out of my view.
A few minutes later he returned smoking a cigarette and went
back into the premises.

The observation was concluded at 10.00pm, At no time did I see
Koupparis that day other than the above occasions.
