me, is true to the best of my knowledge and belief and I make it 
knowing that, if it is tendered in evidence, I shall be liable to 
prosecution if I have wilfully stated in it anything which I know to 
be false or do not believe to be true.

	On Sunday 10th May 1987 at 0830 hrs I was engaged in surveillance with
Detective Constable KIRKMAN and other officers on 12, STRICKLAND
COURT, FENWICK ROAD, S.E.l5.
[Undisclosed material]
	At approximately 0856 I saw a man I now know to be PANOS KOUPPARIS
walking in East Dulwich Road, SE22. he was wearing a dark suit, dark
Trilby hat and white shoes and wore dark glasses. I was then involved
in surveillance of KOUPPARIS in the East DULWICH Road, and Lordship
Lane SE.22 together with other officers until at approximately 1113 hrs
I saw him turn left into FENWICK Road, from East DULWICH Road.

	At 1348 hrs I saw the door of 12, Strickland Court open and a 
woman I now know to be KYRIACOULLA KOUPPARIS come out of the premises.
She was wearing a red and white jacket. She turned right out of my
view. I saw a youth aged approximately 20 years standing at the
doorway, together with PANOS KOUPPARIS. A few moments later the
woman returned and all three entered the premises.

	At 1401 hrs I saw PANOS KOUPPARIS together with KYRIACOULLA 
come out of the premises. In Fenwick Road I saw they had a small
girl with them. I was then engaged on surveillance of the two
subjects and the child until approximately 1631 hrs when the
surveillance was handed over to other officers.
