Dear Mr. Koupparis,

With reference to your letter which I copied to Pannone Napier, I received
a telephone call from them in reply. I am afraid they had no further
suggestions. They said that they know your present solicitor and had every
confidence in her. I also spoke to a psychiatrist who knew the
psychiatrist who had seen you and felt that his opinion would be sound.
Thus both Pannone Napier and the psychiatrist I consulted felt you were in
good hands.

I am sorry not to have been more helpful. If either your solicitor or
psychiatrist wants a medical opinion on your drug treatment and its
possible consequences - and if the medical records are available - I would
still be willing to write a report.

Yours sincerely,

C H Ashton
