It does not materially change my conclusions as stated in the Medical Report sent to you on 17.3.89. It clears up one point in the medical history, but adds further confusion to the question of drugs, dates and dosages. I enclose a brief second report commenting on some of these points. I have now spent over 40 hours on this case, and my fees (so far) are as follows. 40 hours at £20.00 per hour - £800.00 Secretarial fees, library work, photocopying references etc. - 100.00 -------- £900.00 -------- I am afraid this is getting rather expensive, but all work has to be undertaken out of office hours, for which £20 an hour is extremely reasonable.
